Initiations are given Saturday morning at 8:15 and Wednesday evening at 19:30, before zazen (registration mandatory).
Every Wednesday we hold an introductory evening, with a schedule adapted to newcomers.

Contribution: 8€ (6€ social rate)

Please be present in the dojo 15 minutes in advance. On Tuesday and Friday, breakfast is provided. On Saturday there is samu (activities in the spirit of zazen), and a meeting with coffee and tea.
Contribution: 8€ per zazen (6€ social rate), or 50€ per month (35€ social rate).
The social rate is valid for students, unemployed and all who need it.
